The Paseo del Rio Association is a non-profitorganization founded in 1968 to promote, protect and preserve theSan Antonio River Walk, the number one tourist attraction in Texas.The Association accomplishes this through the production of specialevents along the River Walk throughout the year and through thepublication of Rio Magazine, a monthly visitor magazine. TheAssociation serves as an advocate, facilitator, and moderator amongthe business, civic, and governmental communities on mattersconcerning the River Walk.
