Incorporated as Gilmer Refrigeration in 1982,ourfamily-operated business originally specialized incommercialrefrigeration. With only a two-man crew, we continued togrow untilwe serviced the majority of retail stores and restaurantsinCumberland County. Through hard work, dedication andqualitycraftsmanship, relationships with our customersstrengthened. Withtheir support and encouragement we expanded thescope of ourbusiness, and by the year 2000, we had become a fullserviceheating and air conditioning company in both commercialandresidential HVAC. As our presence in the HVAC contractorsindustryevolved, we decided to change the name of our business tobetterreflect our commitment to the Cumberland County area.TheCrossville name continues to represent the core values andbusinessethics of the original Gilmer Refrigeration Company, but italsohighlights our continuing effort to bring the latest in comfortandenergy efficient technologies to our customers.
