This clinic is owned and operated by ChristinaTreppendahl, a family nurse practitioner that has over 4 yearsexperience in headache medicine. She has documented over 5000headache clinic visits per year since 2010. She is a nationalspeaker for 3 migraine-specific pharmaceutical companies.

Her clinic is dedicated to advancing headache medicine, andthus, they have invested time and money in training a researchcoordinator that will enable volunteers in Mississippi to enroll innational clinical trials that will result in FDA-approvedtreatments for primary headache disorders. Her amazing staff hasover 60 years of combined nursing experience. The clinic iscommitted to treating headaches without the use of dangerousnarcotics, benzodiazepines, and barbiturates. In an effort to keepheadache sufferers out of the Emergency Department and out of drugrehab, they have set up an infusion center designated for the acutetreatment of intractable headaches.

Christina works closely with the American Headache Society, theSouthern Headache Society and the National Headache Foundation. Shehas direct access to the experts in headache research and care thatset the national standards of care. These include Drs. Ira M.Turner, Fred Freitag, Peter Goadsby, and Roger Cady.
