Applikasjonen «Ekstern» er utviklet fortjenesteytere med kontraktuelle forhold til Oslo Lufthavn AS.Applikasjoner er således for intern bruk for å gjøre registreringerog administrerer registreringer i OSL´s ERP system.

Ved nedlastning må brukere registrere seg. Brukerdata blirvalidert før applikasjonen settes aktiv, og bruker vil motta ene-post for å bekrefte sin identitet.

Applikasjonen «Ekstern» er utviklet for mobile enheter for åkunne kommunisere med lufthavnens FDV-system, DriftssentralenTeknisk og Driftssentralen Sikkerhet. Applikasjonen er spesifiktutviklet innenfor 3 system-områder :

a) Ny-registreringer av arbeidsordre.
b) Oversikt over tildelte oppdrag
c) Planlegging av oppdrag
d) Statusrapportering av oppdrag

I applikasjonens tilleggs-menyer er det også muligheter for åvedlegge bilder, datafiler, angi din GPS-posisjon eller legge tillydfiler. Det er også integrert QR-leser for å kunne leseQR-etiketter som tekniske objekter er merket med.

Dette ser vi for oss vil gi Osl´s tjenesteytere, kontraktseiereog saksbehandlere effektiv og nyttig informasjon i enplanleggingsfase og til en utførende fase av oppdragene.

The application "Remote"is designed for service providers with contractual relationshipwith Oslo Airport. Applications are therefore for internal use tomake registrations and managing registrations in NYC's ERP system.

Upon download, users must register. User data is validatedbefore the application be active and the user will receive an emailto confirm their identity.

The application "Remote" is designed for mobile devices tocommunicate with the airport's operation and maintenance systemoperations center, technical and operations center security. Theapplication is specifically developed within three systemareas:

a) New records of work orders.
b) Summary of assigned tasks
c) Planning the mission
d) Reporting Status of missions

In the application's additional menus are also opportunities toattach photos, data files, set your GPS location or add audiofiles. It is also integrated QR reader for reading QR labels thattechnical objects are marked.

This we expect will provide Osl's service, contract owners andexecutive officers effective and useful information in a planningphase and an execution phase of the missions.
