We aim to deliver a traffic app that will help you keepup-to-date on the latest traffic incidents from the major roadsacross the UK. Whether this is a specific road or a collection ofroads you want to check, our traffic apps will help you avoidtraffic en-route to your destination.

The M1 Traffic News app is an incredibly useful tool featuringthe latest updates on traffic from the busy M1 motorway. Whetherthere is a disruptive road/lane closure; an accident; congestion orany other incident for that matter, you will find the latestupdates here.

This is a must-have app for anyone who travels and is perfectfor accessing prior to you leaving your location, in order to helpensure you avoid any problems en-route.

Google Maps will either show current colour-coded trafficconditions on roads where data is available or display a messagethat data is unavailable. These speeds don't apply to traffic onsmaller roads such as those within cities, which have lower speedlimits. For roads smaller than main roads, the colours give anindication of the severity of the traffic. Green means that trafficconditions are good, yellow means fair, and red or red/black meanspoor traffic conditions.

Please note that you may need to apply the 'Traffic' layerwithin Google Maps to enable this feature. This is easilyachievable by simply selecting the 'Settings' feature and clickingon 'Traffic'.

For obvious safety reasons, please refrain from using this appwhilst in the control of a vehicle. This is understandably for yourown safety and the safety of others.

Please note that this app requires the use of a stableconnection to the internet to update the various in-appfeatures.

All of the traffic feeds in this app are reliant on the varioussources keeping these up-to-date. Please understand that we have nocontrol over this and we simply can only advise our users to trythe in-app feature at a later date/time to see if the applicablefeature has been updated.

Please understand that this app utilises various advertising inthe form of banners and various page links to external sites.Although many of the adverts are not related to the app itself,they have been included to help support the ongoing development ofthe app. Please view our other related apps in the app store (ifavailable) that do not include any advertisements, and may insteadinclude extra features! There will typically be a small extracharge for an ad-free higher specification version.
