서울콜택시의 택시요청 프로그램이 안드로이드 앱으로 출시 되었습니다.

스마트폰으로 콜택시를 요청하실 수 있으니 많은 이용 바랍니다.

[이용방법 안내]
1. 어플을 다운받아 설치 후 실행하세요
2. 택시요청을 누르시고 내 위치를 확인하세요
3. 위치가 틀린 경우 내 위치를 길게 눌러 위치를 수정하시고 맞으시면 바로 택시요청을 누르세요
4. 1~5분 사이 배차가 되고 택시 기사님으로부터 전화가 올겁니다.
5. 통화하시고 택시 이용하시면 됩니다.

[기능 안내]
1. 콜센터 전화- 콜센터로 직접 통화가 됩니다.
2. 위치확인 및 보정 – 고객님 위치를 확인하시거나 위치를 변경할 수 있습니다.
3. 배차요청 – 위치확인 후 택시요청을 하시면 바로 콜센터로 배차요청사항이 요청되어 차량이 배차가 됩니다.
4. 택시위치 – 배차가 되었을 경우 배차된 차량의 위치를 확인하실 수 있습니다.
