The app was developed based on the latest findings in thetreatment of hypertension and allows your doctor and you to settargets together and share your numbers, helping to contributetowards the success of the treatment.

Hypertension eDiary is only for logging numbers and does notinclude any treatment recommendations whatsoever. If you have anymedical questions, please contact your own doctor or apharmacist.

Hypertension eDiary does not store any medical data outside of yoursmartphone. The app is password-protected andsystem-independent
