Wear Am I (WAMI) uses a companion device compatible withAndroid™Wear (phone) along with a connected device that supportsAndroidWear (watch) to display off-line maps on the watch withoutrequiringan active network connection or the phone to benearby.


Carrying only the watch while hiking, boating, exploring,…,quickly find your location and the way back to whereyoustarted.



  • If your watch includes a GPS, WAMI will display yourcurrentlocation on its off-line map.

  • A Wizard makes it easy to download off-line maps for almostanyarea.

  • You can set a marker on the map to judge distance anddirectionfrom your current location.

  • Most watches are water resistant – less to worry about ifthecanoe tips.


The day or week before you plan to go hiking, camping,orexploring a city, download a map of the area you will visit.Whenyou get to the location you'll be able to see your position onthemap even if you are in the middle of nowhere.There is no needtocarry your phone with you.
