O SINDICOMIS foi criado para estudar,coordenare proteger os interesses e direitos dos Comissários deDespachos,Agentes de Carga e Logística do Estado de São Paulo. Aentidadetambém é colaboradora técnica do Poder Público, podendorepresentardiante das autoridades administrativas e judiciárias osinteressesgerais da categoria, ou até mesmo as questõesindividuais de seusassociados.
O SINDICOMIS é ainda órgão reconhecido para celebrarcontratoscoletivos de trabalho, eleger ou designar representantesdacategoria e exercer outras atividades em benefício da categoria.OSINDICOMIS é filiado à Federação do Comércio de Bens, ServiçoseTurismo do Estado de São Paulo (Fecomércio-SP) e seuatualPresidente, Haroldo Silveira Piccina é Presidente do ConselhodeServiços e Vice-Presidente da entidade que representa o comércioeserviços em São Paulo.
