My name is Scott Bjugstad. Iplayedprofessional hockey in the NHL for 10 years with theMinnesotaNorth Stars, Pittsburgh Penguins and Los AngelesKings.
Throughout my career, I worked hard trying to find the bestways,physically and mentally, to become a more consistent goalscorer.

Since retiring from the NHL in 1994, I have worked withoverthree thousand players on individual shooting lessons.Theselessons along with my professional playing experience haveallowedme to identify the most effective and efficient ways toteachplayers both physically and mentally, not only to shoot, buttocatch passes and ultimately score more goals. These newandexciting shooting and scoring techniques will help your sonordaughter become the best goal scorer he or she can be.
