My Mtel – take full control over the mobileservices you use!

Check your account balance, including both billed and non-billedusage for the current month, at any time. You can review all usedminutes, MB and SMS sent by you. If you wish, you can easily andsecurely add extras with additional minutes, MB and SMS as per theterms of your tariff plan.

My Mtel allows you to easily activate services, as well as tomodify Friends&Family group numbers of your choice.

In case you use multiple numbers, you can manage them via theapplication as well. The only thing you need to do that is to enteryour client password.

My Mtel will find for you the closest Mtel shop, providing you withthe contact address and phone number. All you need to do is enterthe area code/name or just zoom the map on your phone.

Whenever you need assistance, just select the “Connect with us”option from the menu. My Mtel will connect you to a representativefrom Mtel, who will provide further assistance and resolve issuesyou may have.

Inorder to use it, you just have to register by filling in yourusername and password. They can be remembered for your convenience.The data traffic for the application will be charged as per yourtariff plan.

The application is in Bulgarian and English. You can use it onAndroid smartphones with versions above 4.0.X. It is also optimizedto operate on tablets.
