Designed for classifying Rock types non genetically.
This is based on the British Geological Survey’s rockclassification scheme.

You follow a simple list getting to increasingly precise rockdefinitions.

Contains over 50 diagrams and charts including:
QAPF diagrams for igneous rocks
Pressure temperature assemblages for metamorphic rocks
Texture and grainsize definitions for limestones.

Once classified the rock types and qualifiers can be copied toyour phones clipboard allowing a simple transfer to mappingapplications.
