Description

This is a simple GPS odometer thatisadjustable for Rally use.
The GPS signal is filtered using a proprietary algorithm toreducelocation drift.
​The odometer is accurate to within 0.5%, similar to awheel-drivenodometer.
The odometer is adjustable in increments of 0.01, 0.1 and1.0distance units (miles or km)
The odometer can be run backwards or forwards.
The odometer can also be stopped and re-started at any timewithoutzeroing.
Distance units of miles or km can be selected.
A correction factor can be set to speed up or slow down theodometerto match the route book, this is typically done during onODO Checkat the beginning of the rally.

Auto-Factor feature:
​The correction factor can be set automatically during theodometercheck using the Auto-factor button.

1. Zero the odometer at the start of the odometer check, atzeroroute book mileage.
2. Drive the odometer check to the end. You can usetheincrement/decrement buttons during the odometer check astheseadjustments are accounted in the Auto-Factorcalculation.
3. At the end of the odometer check, hit the Auto-Factor button.Youwill be prompted for the ideal distance from the route book.The appwill then compare this to the raw unadjusted odometer andcalculatethe correct factor.
4. The Auto-factor process can be repeated whenever distanceisaccumulated after a fresh odometer zero. It will adjust anexistingfactor that has been set manually to something not equal to1.0000.

Considerations:
In device settings>Location, turn off network location andturnon GPS. Only GPS location can be used with this app.
It is strongly recommended that you also disable cell phoneandtexting. The App will continue to operate correctly, butthedistraction is unwelcome.
