Lean On Me Outreach is dedicated in helping all individualsandfamilies move from unwanted homelessness to suitable,affordableand independent housing.

Our Vision:

Many people believe homelessness is an impenetrable problem;somecommunities have helped by building shelters and otherprograms,such as transitional housing, soup kitchens and emergencyshelter.While these programs are very helpful, they have not beenverysuccessful to those in and out of homelessness(chronicallyhomeless).

The Vision of Lean On Me Outreach is to permanently reducethenumber of homelessness in our communities, by bridging thegapsthat other organizations may not be able to fill, by giving ahandup and not a hand out. We have found that most people justneedtemporary help when a life altering situation has come aboutintheir life. Our goal is get people back on their feet and ontheroad to an independent lifestyle again.

What we believe:

Lean On Me Outreach believes that people in need should notbemade to feel ashamed of their situation, but that they shouldbeable to find the help that they need.
