Sleep Cycles provides an interface to find the perfect time tofall asleep or wake up. It utilizes researched methods to decidethe optimal time to setup alarms.

By using the proper sleep cycle at night, you will feel morerefreshed when you wake up. Your body is typically already in ahalf awake state during a REM cycle. This application justcalculates when these typically occur!

You can decide when to fall asleep, based on a wakeup timespecified by you. Assuming your phone has the ability, it can alsosetup alarms to remind you to start heading to sleep and one towake up.

You can tell it you're heading to sleep now, and it will assumeyou need ~15 minutes to goto sleep. It will list the best times foryou to wake up, and also provides the ability to set alarms for anyof these times.
