Olympic Smart English (OSE) là cuộc thiOlympic Tiếng Anh trực tuyến dành cho học sinh tiểu học, THCS &THPT trên Toàn quốc do Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo tổ chức. Cuộc thiđược tổ chức với mục đích giúp học sinh phát triển đồng bộ 4 kỹnăng nghe, nói, đọc, viết; tự tin thể hiện kiến thức và kỹ năngthực hành giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh; làm quen với các kỳ thi trựctuyến (online) đánh giá chất lượng tiếng Anh theo Khung Năng lựcNgoại ngữ - Việt Nam của Bộ Giáo dục và Đào tạo.
Bên cạnh đó, với xu hướng đẩy mạnh ứng dụng công nghệ thông tin vàodạy và học tiếng Anh, cuộc thi giúp tạo môi trường cho học sinh làmquen và sử dụng Internet như một phương tiện để học tập, góp phầnđổi mới hình thức tổ chức, phương pháp dạy học, mang đến cơ hộigiao lưu trong nước và Quốc tế, nâng cao chất lượng dạy và họctiếng Anh trong các trường Phổ thông.

Olympic Smart English(OSE) is an online English Olympiad for elementary school students,junior high school on the Nationwide & by Ministry of Educationand Training held. The contest was organized with the aim ofhelping students develop skills in sync 4 listening, speaking,reading and writing; confidently demonstrate knowledge and practicecommunication skills in English; become familiar with the onlineexams (online) assess the quality of English in Foreign LanguageCompetence Framework - Vietnam's Ministry of Education andTraining.
