Description

With the application, Discover MyDS you haveaccess to the essential information from the vehicle documents in adigital format. It allows you to familiarise yourself with your newDS through the operating instructions of the main systems usingillustrated or animated diagrams, making it easy for you to modifythe various settings and adjustments on your DS (seats, radio,display screens, head-up display, speed limiter, airbags, reversingcamera, etc.). It also provides information on your entirevehicle's warning signals so that you can interpret them.

Discover MyDS is a MirrorLink™ Base level certified application(1); it is intended for vehicle use when stationary, allowing youto read the content of the application in the display screen ofyour DS.

Install Discover MyDS on your smartphone and view the interactiveinformation extracted from the owner's handbook, the full printededition of which can be found in the vehicle's handbook pack(2).

Connect your smartphone to the USB port; the documents for yourvehicle are then displayed where they can be comfortably read onyour vehicle's touch screen, using MirrorLink™ connectivity(3).

As a safety measure, the Discover MyDS application in the touchscreen must only be viewed while the vehicle is stationary.

An internet connection (Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G,…) is required to downloadthe Discover MyDS application from the Store.

Whatever the model of smartphone, when the icon is displayed on thescreen, you are invited to download the descriptions andillustrations for the vehicle being driven.

The application can be downloaded to any number of smartphones, forall users of the vehicle.

The downloaded content is then available at all times, even withouta connection.

Once you have accepted the Terms and Conditions (T & C) forDiscover MyDS, in the upper menu bar, press:

• "Bubble" to choose the language.

• "Cars" to select your vehicle and view the associated documents.In this list, press twice on your vehicle to edit or delete it.Press on "+" to add a new vehicle.

• "i" for access to the legal information.

Using a navigation menu at the bottom of the screen, you then haveaccess to the content by pressing on:

• "Magnifying glass" to search for content. This takes you to anillustrated list of contents so that you can find the essentialexplanations, so that you can familiarise yourself with thesystems.

• "Dashboard" for access to the library of warning and indicatorlamps. The name and significance of each warning or indicator lampis given, together with advice on the initial action to take if thewarning comes on.

• "Music and compass" for access to information on the operation ofthe audio and telematic systems, or the touch screen which iscompatible with the MirrorLink™ technology. You will then have theinformation needed to adjust your radio, set the date, the time,pair your telephone by Bluetooth® and connect it.

With Discover MyDS make the most of your DS and travel withcomplete peace of mind.
