Introducing SwipedOn Pocket, the mobile app which enables youtosign in and out of your workplace securely and safely usingyoursmartphone. To use SwipedOn Pocket, your workplace will need tobeusing the SwipedOn visitor management system. Download thisapp,then open it up on your mobile device and follow theinstructions.You will need to enter your work email address, andthen enter theone-time activation code which will be emailed to youat the sameaddress. How it works Every time you would like to signin or outof your workplace location, swipe the arrow icon on thescreen toconfirm your movement. Should your employer wish toincludescreening questions, you may be asked one or more yes-noquestionsas you check in to that workplace location. For example,youremployer may require you to disclose if you have travelledoutsidethe country or you are experiencing cold or flu-likesymptoms,before you enter the work site. Within the app, you willhave theoption to add custom status messages and return times toyourprofile. Should you be expecting visitors and need to leavethebuilding, such as for lunch or an off-site meeting, you willhavethe opportunity to update your status and leave instructionsforyour guests to either wait or reschedule for another time. Youcannow enter your workplace via a contactless sign in experience!
