This guide was produced using the AmericanPoolplayers Association's Official team Manual for league years2012/2013 & 2013/2014. Although I am a member I am notaffiliated with the APA itself. The rules were downloaded Straightfrom the PDF file and converted into this application forconvenience of use.It also includes the Local Bylaws for the western reserve Geaugaand Portage divisions. They were also copied from the WesternReserve APA League Bylaws PDF.At this point it only refers to the 8 ball team rules andregulations and not the 9 ball team rules.
