Flight Sim Remote Panel 1.4
Flight Sim Remote Panel is an application thatshows basic general aviation instrument set on your Android phoneor a tablet. This is not a simulator - a copy of the X-Planesimulator should be running on your desktop or a laptop - thisapplication connects to it from an Android device and displays theflight instruments, hence the "remote panel" in its name. This app offers 3 separate panels: each can be configured byselecting from 6 basic flight instruments. In addition, it includesa basic radio stack with a standard Bendix/King KM24 Audio Controlpanel and a dual KX155 NAV/COMM System. With this app, you can extend your general airplane instrumentpanel onto an Android device; you can completely close yourinstrument panel on the X-Plane display and use that extra spacefor a larger terrain view or simply use it to show differentinstruments. To use this application, your device needs to be connected tothe same network as the host computer, which most likely already iswhen you are playing an X-Plane.Please see the application website for more information oncomplete installation requirements which includes the X-Planeplugin: on the PC side, you need to add a custom plugin thatcommunicates with this app. The plugin can be downloaded from thisapplication's home website. Please rate this application on its own merits and for what itis and how it works for you. For example, it is clearly stated thatthis app needs an X-Plane plugin, so don't give it a poor ratingbecause you'd like to have something else (one that does not needthat.) Yes, it does need few extra files on your PC and a fewminutes of your time to make it all work - but we simmers areaspiring pilots who should be able to handle such “complexity”,right? If something did not work for you in some way, send me an emailand I will try to help. Also, if you have any question, problem or suggestion, pleaseemail me!Happy flying!

PLEASE READ THIS TEXT IN FULL BEFORE INSTALLING: Selectfromthousands of Sinclair ZX Spectrum games and play them throughtheheadphone jack to load them onto your Speccy. You can alsoselectyour local (on the device) TAP or TZX files, convert them tosoundfiles and play them. This way you can load games for not onlytheZX Spectrum micro but also any other retro computer thathavecompatible audio jacks. IMPORTANT: 1. This is not an emulator,*it*will not play those games! You need an actual ZX Spectrum. 2.Ifyou cannot browse and select your own files, it is likely causedbynew Android permissions that Google changed with theirnewerdevelopment kits. Please try this: Go to "System" -> "Apps&Notifications" -> Select "PlayZX" app -> scroll downto"Permissions" and allow "Storage" permission. 3. Make surethatyour Android device is *not* connected to USB (for example, tocharge it), while using this app. (Electrically, its groundneedsto be floating with respect to the ZX Spectrum power supply)4. Putyour Android device in "Do Not Disturb" mode (*not* theAirplanemode as it needs internet access). This will preventrandomnotifications to disturb the signal output. 5. Use a goodquality, preferably short, audio cable. For best results, use astereo cableand turn the option to invert one stereo channel. Playwith thevolume: you may get different results on your phone vs. onyourtablet, for example.
