Die Umlage einerAusgabe kann dabei pauschal, auf alle Teilnehmer zu gleichenTeilen, oder sehr individuell, mit den tatsächlichen, persönlichenAnteilen erfolgen. Ausgaben in unterschiedlichen Währungen werdenin EUR umgerechnet.Eine sehr gerne praktizierte "gemeinsame Kasse", in die dieTeilnehmer individuelle Beiträge einzahlen können, und aus der danndie Ausgaben beglichen werden, ist zentraler Bestandteil desProgramms.Die Ausgaben können mit einem Verwendungszweck(Kosten-Art)gekennzeichnet werden. Im Abschlussbericht werden dieseKosten-Arten zusammengefast dargestellt. Damit entsteht für alleTeilnehmer ein detaillierter Überblick über die während der Reiseentstandenen Kosten.Allen Teilnehmern steht ihr persönlicher Kontostand nach jederBuchung sofort zur Verfügung.Die Anzahl der Teilnehmer kann sich während der Reise ändern. Neuhinzukommende Mitglieder werden dann ergänzend in dieTeilnehmerliste eingetragen und erhalten dadurch ab sofort ihreigenes Konto.In der „Anwesend“-Box werden die aktuellen Teilnehmergekennzeichnet und damit wird die Ausgaben-Umlageaktualisiert.Das integrierte Tagebuch macht die Reise für alle Teilnehmer auchzu einem späteren Zeitpunkt als gemeinsames Erlebnis wiedernachlesbar.Allen Teilnehmern kann als persönlicher Beleg eine Aufstellung dereinzelnen Ausgaben-Buchungen, der Kosten-Arten, des Tagebuchs unddes eigenen Kontos als vorgefertigte E-Mail übermitteltwerden.Alle Reise-Daten werden darüberhinaus als Reisetitel.txt. und alsReisetitel.csv - Dateien für weitere Auswertungengespeichert.Als praktischer Zusatz dient die "Parkplatz"-Navigation, die zurückzum Startpunkt einer Tour führt. Die Navigation funktioniert dabeimit dem Geräte-GPS.
