My Bright Day will replace Bright Horizons’traditional paper Daily Experience Sheets, allowing parents toaccess information about their child’s day via their smartphone orthe web in real-time. Parents can also use My Bright Day to provideinformation about their child’s activities prior to arrival at thecenter; access previous Daily Reports, photos, or videos; andupdate their notification preferences. Bright Horizons centers willintroduce My Bright Day on a rolling basis. If you have questionsabout when your center will introduce this new tool, please speakto your Center Director.HOW IT WILL WORK:At drop off:Parents will access My Bright Day via their Android or iOSsmartphone. Parents will enter the details typically provided viathe paper Daily Experience Sheet including when their child wokeup, last ate, was diapered/went potty, notes etc. Parents can dothis while at the center, before arriving, or just after dropoff.Throughout the day:Teachers will enter details of meals/bottles, diapers, naps,activities etc. Parents can login to the app at any time to see howtheir child’s day is going. Additionally, photos or videos takenduring the day will be shared via the application, via email, orthe web.At the end of the day:Your child’s Daily Experience Sheet will be emailed to you and madeavailable on the app and the web. Parents will no longer need toremember to grab the paper sheet!Accessing Memories:On an ongoing basis, parents will be able to access a history ofall past Daily Experience Sheets, photos, and videos. Users are only authorized to view acase to which they are a party, and utilize a member ID and PIN toaccess the information. Information found within includes detailson Case, Obligations and Arrears, Intergovernmental Case, Schedule,Enforcement, Financial, Disbursement, and Genetic Test Results.
