(you will never be able to shut about yournew lifestyle and spend more time naked admiring yourself :))Why was this the case?Simple really, we had been eating a diet consisting of mainlymeat, vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds for over 2.5 million years.Our bodies and DNA have had time to adapt to these food stuffs anddevelop the necessary enzymes and digestive processes forthese.Agriculture comes along a mere 10,000 years ago (tool records)and brings on grains, legumes, sugar and all the modern processedcrap. Our bodies have not had the time to adapt to these new foodstuffs and cant keep up with the rate at which these are beingintroduced into the world.Evolution is a slow process and takes time (sometimes over amillion years). Maybe one day we may be able to adapt ourselves todigest sugar until then, modern food these days and all theprocessed crap are the leading cause of modern day ailments such asHeart Disease, Diabetes and Obesity.
