XcelerateHR is the extension of XcelHR’sonline employee and client self-service portal. The XcelHR group ofcompanies is a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) whichoffers PEO, ASO and HR outsourcing services to small- and mid-sizedbusinesses all across the United States. PEO help businessesminimize time and monetary investments in HR, benefits, and payrolladministration in order to maximize the income-generating aspectsof their business. This allows companies to concentrate more on theoperations of their business, and in turn improving itseffectiveness.

XcelerateHR provides a quick and easy information source for theemployee "on the go". Currently being offered for the IOS andAndroid platform (other mobile devices are in preparation), theapplication automatically synchronizes with the web basedself-service portal and provides real-time distribution of payrollinformation, access to payroll history, as well as HR relatedforms, handbooks, and other documents. The mobile device’s cameraand email function eliminates the need to manually scan or faxdocuments. Future enhancements will include personal time reportingfunctions, as well the ability to submit a variety of payroll andHR related updates – eliminating the need for many paper forms andallowing a quick, easy and secure way of communication for themobile work force.
