Snooker rules: Snooker 2017 is played using a cue and 22 snookerballs: one white cue ball, 15 red balls worth one point each, andsix balls of different colours. Points are scored by sinking the red and colouredballs (knocking them into the pockets, called "potting") in thecorrect sequence. A player receives additional points if theopponent commits a foul. 8 ball pool rules: 8 ball pool is played with cue sticks and 16balls: a cue ball, and 15 object balls consisting of seven stripedballs, seven solid-colored balls and the black 8 ball. After theballs are scattered with a break shot, the players are assignedeither the group of solid balls or the stripes once a ball from aparticular group is legally pocketed. The ultimate object of thegame is to legally pocket the eight ball in a called pocket, whichcan only be done after all of the balls from a player's assignedgroup have been cleared from the table.
