「四角號碼檢字法」以中文字的四角，用四個數字（可加第五輔碼）取碼，口訣如下：

橫一垂二三點捺，
叉四插五方框六；
七角八八九是小，
點下有橫變零頭。

此為Google Play上首個四角輸入應用，可以數字輸入中文（例如50006 -> 中；00400->文），毋須在細小的手機屏幕上顯示大量按鈕。

除了中文字外，此輸入法亦可以一碼輸入羅馬字母，或以兩碼輸入假名。輸入中文字時，可以*作為萬用碼。

安裝後，請先在設定中啟用此輸入法，然後於輸入文字時在通知列中選擇「四角號碼輸入法」。
