Örgün eğitimin olduğu tüm ilkokul, ortaokul veliselerde takdir teşekkür hesaplama işlemleri belirli kurallarçerçevesinde yapılır. Uygulamamızın amacı hangi sınıfta olursaolsun herkesin kolay bir şekilde belge hesaplaması yapmasınısağlamaktır.

Not ortalaması: Her okulun dersleri ve ders saatleri farklıolduğundan ağırlıklı notu ve not ortalamasını formül mantığı ileanlatmayı uygun gördük. Buna göre not ortalamamız şöylehesaplanır:

İlk önce her dersin ortalaması alınarak o dersin haftalık derssaati sayısı ile çarpılır. Daha sonra çarpım sonuçları toplanarakgenel toplam alınır. En son olarak bu genel toplam derslerinhaftalık ders saati toplamına bölünür. Sonuç dönem sonu notortalamasıdır.
