LG U+Biz 웹팩스 홈페이지 (https://webfax.uplus.co.kr/main) 에서 뿐만 아니라 스마트폰앱으로도 팩스를 이용하실 수 있게 되었습니다.

[팩스 이용방법]
- 기존 팩스 고객 : LG U+Biz 웹팩스 가입고객은 앱 설치 후 팩스를 즉시 이용 가능합니다.
- 신규 팩스 고객 : 선불고객(개인)은 가입 즉시 충전 후 팩스 이용가능하며, 후불고객(사업자)의 경우 LG U+Biz웹팩스 홈페이지에서 가입 후 팩스를 이용할 수 있습니다.

[팩스 사용방법 안내]
1. 받은 팩스함 : 수신일, 미리보기 등
2. 보낸 팩스함 : 발송통계, 미리보기, 진행사항 등
3. 주소록 : 그룹관리 기능 등
4. Push알림 (무료) : 팩스 수신 시 실시간 Push 알림
5. 이용 내역 : 월별 (이번 달, 지난 달) 사용량 통계 대쉬보드
6. 문서보관함 : 받은 팩스 문서 및 보낼 팩스 문서 보관 등
7. 팩스 보내기
- 스마트폰에 저장된 이미지, 문서(PDF, MS office 문서, 한글, HTML, 각종 이미지 등) 팩스 전송가능
- 팩스 전송 전 미리보기 기능 지원
- 스마트폰으로 서류 촬영 후 원하는 부분만 편집하여 팩스 발송 기능 ('16년 제공 예정)
- 스마트폰을 통해 촬영 후 PDF로 자동 변환하여 팩스 발송 가능 ('16년 제공 예정)

[팩스 관련 알림]
- 본 어플리케이션은 안드로이드 계열의 스마트폰에서 충분한 팩스 발송 및 팩스 수신 테스트를 통해 진행하여출시되었습니다. 그러나 특정 스마트폰에서는 팩스 기능오류가 발생할 수도 있으니, 이런 경우에는 유플러스 팩스고객센터(1544-8007)로 문의 바랍니다.
- 본 어플리케이션으로 팩스 수/발신 업무가 잘 되지 않을 경우에는 LG U+Biz 웹팩스(https://webfax.uplus.co.kr/m) 웹버전을 통해서도 팩스를 이용하실 수 있습니다.

[How to use Fax
- Existing customers Fax: LG U + Biz Web fax is available tosubscription customers fax immediately after installing theapp.
