ما هو شائع في جميع النُّسخ الخاصة بالليالي هي البادئة،القصةالإطارية عن الحاكم شهريار وزوجته شهرزاد، التي أدرجت فيجميعالحكايات. حيث أن القصص تنطلق أساساً من هذه القصة، وبعض القصصمؤطرةداخل حكايات أخرى، في حين تبدأ أخرى وتنتهي من تلقاء نفسها.بعضالنُّسخ المطبوعة لا تحتوي سوى على بضع مئات من الليالي، والبعضالآخريتضمن ألف ليلة وليلة أو أكثر. الجزء الأكبر من النص هو بأسلوبالنثر،على الرغم من استخدام أسلوب الشعر أحياناً للتعبير عنالعاطفةالمتزايدة، وأحياناً تستخدم الأغاني والألغاز. معظم القصائد هيمقاطعمفردة أو رباعيّة، كما أن بعضها يكون أطول من ذلك.

What is common in all copies Nights are special prefix, thestoryFramework ruling Shahryar and his wife Scheherazade, whichwereincluded in all the tales. As the stories released mainly fromthisstory, and some of the stories framed within other tales,whileothers begin and end on its own. Some copies printed only afewhundred nights contain, others include the One Thousand andOneNights or more. The bulk of the text is a prose style, despitetheuse of hair style sometimes to express the growing passion,andsometimes used songs and riddles. Most of the poems are singleorquad clips, and some have been longer than that.
There are some famous stories contained in One Thousand andOneNights, such as "Aladdin and the Magic Lamp," and "Ali Baba andtheForty Thieves," and "Sinbad the Sailor of the sevenflights."
