One year as Head Teacher; orb. Twoyears as Teacher-in-Charge or Master Teacher; or c. Fiveyears asTeacher III or SPED Teacher; or d. Five years as anincumbentpublic school teacher who has five years of managerialandsupervisory experience in a DepEd recognized private institutionorCommission on Higher Education (CHED) recognized highereducationinstitution. START PREPARING THE FOLLOWING REQUIREDDOCUMENTS: a.Certificate of Eligibility (system-generated); b.PerformanceRating (Very Satisfactory) for the last two (2) ratingperiods; c.Service Record; d. Designation as Teacher-in-Chargesigned by theSDS (if applicable); e. Certification of managerialandadministrative experience from DepEd-recognizedprivateinstitutions or CHED-recognized private highereducationinstitutions (if applicable). The examination shallcoversituational critical thinking questions relevant to the roleof anSH anchored on the domains of the NationalCompetency-BasedStandards for School Heads (NCBSSH) stipulated inDO 32, s. 2010entitled National Adoption and Implementation of theNationalCompetency-Based Standards for School Heads: a. SchoolLeadership;b. Instructional Leadership; c. CreatingStudent-Centered LearningClimate; d. Human Resource Management andProfessional Development;e. Parent Involvement and CommunityPartnership; f. SchoolManagement and Operations; and g. Personaland ProfessionalAttributes and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Thenature of the testis very different from the Licensure Examinationfor Teachers orthe Civil Service Exam.
