يحتوي برنامج حصن المسلم على أذكار وأدعيةعديدةويعمل تلقائيا وبدون الاتصال بالانترنت وأهمها على سبيل المثالوليسالحصر:
* أذكار الصباح وأذكار المساء لتستطيع قراءتها كل يوم بسهولة
* أذكار الآذان ودعاء الاستفتاح في الصلاة والأذكار بعد السلاممنالصلاة ودعاء الاستخارة

قال الله تعالى:{ فَاذْكُرُونِي أَذْكُرْكُمْ وَاشْكُرُواْ لِيوَلاَتَكْفُرُونِ } { يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اذْكُرُوااللَّهَذِكْراً كَثِيراً} { وَالذَّاكِرِينَ اللَّهَكَثِيراًوَالذَّاكِرَاتِ أَعَدَّ اللَّهُ لَهُم مَّغْفِرَةًوَأَجْراًعَظِيماً} { وَاذْكُر رَّبَّكَ فِي نَفْسِكَ تَضَرُّعاًوَخِيفَةًوَدُونَ الْجَهْرِ مِنَ الْقَوْلِ بِالْغُدُوِّ وَالآصَالِوَلاَتَكُن مِّنَ الْغَافِلِينَ } وقال صلى الله عليه وسلم :" مثلالذييذكر ربه والذي لا يذكر ربه مثل الحي والميت " وقال صلى اللهعليهوسلم :" ألا أنبئكم بخير أعمالكم ،وأزكاها عند مليككم، وأرفعهافيدرجاتكم ، وخير لكم من إنفاق الذهب والورق ، وخير لكم من أنتلقواعدوكم فتضربوا أعناقهم ويضربوا أعناقكم ؟" قالوا بلى .قال : "ذكراللهتعالى " وقال صلى الله عليه وسلم :" يقول الله تعالى : أنا عندظنعبدي بي ، وأنا معه إذا ذكرني ، فإن ذكرني في نفسه ذكرتهُ في نفسي،وإن ذكرني في ملأ ذكرته في ملأ خير منهم ،وإن تقرب إلى شبراًتقربتإليه ذراعاً ،وإن تقرب إلي ذراعاً تقربت إليه باعاً ، وإن أتانييمشيأتيتهُ هرولة " .وعن عبد الله بن بسرٍ رضي الله عنهُ أن رجلاً قال:يا رسول الله إن شرائع الإسلام قد كثرت علي فأخبرني بشيءٍ أتشبثبه.قال :" لا يزال لسانك رطباً من ذكر الله " وقال صلى الله عليهوسلم:"من قرأ حرفاً من كتاب الله به حسنة ،والحسنة بعشر أمثالها ، لاأقول :{الم } حرف؛ ولكن : ألف حرف ،ولام حرف ،وميم حرف " . وعن عقبةبن عامررضي الله عنه قال : خرج رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ونحن فيالصفةفقال :" أيكم يحب أن يغدو كل يوم إلى بطحان أو إلى العقيق فيأتيمنهبناقتين كوماوين في غير إثم ولا قطيعة رحم ؟" فقلنا : يا رسولاللهنحب ذلك . قال :" أفلا يغدو أحدكم إلى المسجد فيعلم ، أو يقرأآيتينمن كتاب الله عز وجل خير له من ناقتين ، وثلاث خير لهُ من ثلاثٍ،وأربع خير لهُ من أربع ، ومن أعدادهن من الإبل" وقال صلى اللهعليهوسلم:" من قعد مقعداً لك يذكر الله فيه كانت عليه من الله ترةومناضطجع مضجعاً لم يذكر الله فيه كانت عليه من الله ترة"
