Comunicación Bidireccional & Trazabilidad - Mediante elsistema de “Notas de trabajo” habrá una comunicación bidireccionalentre los técnicos y gestores que permitirá dejar registrada unatrazabilidad completa de cada aviso.
Check-List de Tareas - Cada aviso podrá tener un listado detareas que asegure la realización por parte de los técnicos losprotocolos de ejecución, calidad y seguridad.
Resolución Avisos - Una vez solucionado por parte de untécnico el aviso asignado podrá notificar su resolución y aportaruna foto que certifique la nueva situación, esta luego podrá serenviada al ciudadano con lo que la percepción de servicio será aúnmayor.
