Pada mulanya berdirinya PISS – KTB adalah atasinisiatif member yang tergabung pada grup KTB untuk membuat grupyang bernama “Dukung Peluncuran EBOOK Kenapa Takut Bid'ah ?” Awalberdirinya grup ini kami tidak tahu persis. Hasil investigasi kamimenemukan bahwa postingan awal terjadi pada 26 Januari 2010/10Shafar 1431 jam 11:19.

Pada perjalanannya grup ini mengalami dinamika dan akhirnyavokus pada diskusi keagamaan dengan sangat menghindari debat.Kemudian terpikirlah untuk mengubah nama grup sesuai dengan visidan misinya. Setelah diadakan jajak pendapat muncullah usulan namaPustaka Ilmu Sunni Salafiyah – KTB, dari member “Linda UmiF'two”.

Sehari kemudian, tepatnya tanggal 24 Februari 2010/09 Rabi'ulAwal 1431 jam 11:07, nama ini dikukuhkan menjadi nama grup.

Seiring perkembangan fasilitas dan kemampuan yang ditawarkan FBmaka pada tanggal 09 Maret 2011/03 Rabi'ul akhir 1432 PISS – KTBberalih dari format grup versi lama dengan mendirikan grup versibaru yang lebih fleksibel, tanpa mengubah satupun visi misi yangdiusungnya. Dan semua anggota grup yang lama pindah ke grup yangbaru nyaris tanpa sisa.

Untuk melengkapi identitas group maka pada bulan Juli - Agustus2011 (pas bulan Ramadahan), diadakan sayembara pembuatan LOGO Grupberhadiah pulsa 100.000,00 , dan pada bulan Syawal telah ditetapkanlogo dan pemenangnya, berdasarkan polling dari member dan juriadmin sendiri.

As the development of the facilities and capabilities offered FBthen on March 9 2011/03 Rabi late 1432 PISS - KTB switch from theold version of the group format with group set up a new version ismore flexible, without changing a single vision and mission arecarried. And all the old members of the group moved to a new groupalmost without rest.

To complement the group's identity in July - August 2011(fitting Ramadan), held a contest with prizes Group LOGOmanufacture pulse 100,000.00, and in the month of Shawwal has beenset logo and the winner, based on a poll of the jury members andadministrators themselves.
