Everyone who downloads this app can:

- View OIM Mobile Ticker for a view of the Health Coach's progressfor the given month

- Carry out Client searches (similar to the OIM Contact Report)that will provide the ability to find a specific or range ofclients.

- Carry out Team Search (similar to the OIM Contact Report) thatwill provide the ability to find team(s).

- Run Orders Report that will provide information of order detailsplaced within your organization. This report identifies who withinthe organization has (or has not) placed an order recently.

- Run Pending HC/HP Report - identifying who has purchased a HealthCoach Career Kit, but has not completed the Activation Steps tobecome a Health Coach.

- Run Renewals Report providing a list of Health Coach’s within theorganization that need to renew their Health Coach account within30 days. The results can be viewed easily by level, rank, orrenewal dates to get more specific information.

- View Progress Report which will provide the same reportcapabilities as in OIM. The Progress Report provides a snapshot ofthe Health Coach current monthly progress, which is displayed bypercentage. When the Health Coach clicks on any ranking, a moredetailed view displays comparing current rank performance to therank requirements.
