To overcome ABART tests you must endure suffering. You must bemoreelastic and at the same time the strongest. Rock hard andastute.You have to be fast and stealthy. Being a ninja master. Youmusthave the patience and precision of a sniper. Able to spenddayswithout eating or drinking. All these skills will be keepingyoualive in real battles during real war. This is justtraining...
