プレイヤーは、広大な3Dフィールドを移動しながら、クエストを遂行し、次々と現れるモンスターとの戦闘に挑戦しながらゲームを進行します。

戦闘は、RPGの戦略性を受け継いだ、ターン制戦闘方式で進行されて、手動進行と自動進行の両方に対応しています。モンスターとの戦闘開始時、一回の戦闘で終わるのではなく、『ステージ1→ ステージ2 → ボス戦』といった、三段階に渡る連続戦闘を行う事により、最大限の緊張感を味わえるシステムとなっています。
