蔡聿濤(StephenTsai)由1978年起投入保險業，並榮獲多屆MDRT。建立及領導NZI Life(現為富通保險)營業團隊人數超過500名及長達6年時間。擁有33年管理及銷售經驗，當中包括前線及後勤經驗各長達16年多。

2003年擔任AIA美國友邦保險公司香港營業培訓及發展部門之副總裁，為8,500多名前綫人員提供招募、市場推廣及個人發展的培訓支援服務，在2007年為友邦保險駐台灣及中國地區之副總裁，擔任大中華地區前綫及領導層人員超過50,000人的培訓發展及策略工作。

現為英國保誠保險有限公司資深區域總監、香港專才發展學會會長、Professional Sales Universe(PSU)及Wellness Enterprise Ltd.之Managing Director。多年來，作為營銷界的“SuccessCoach”，Stephen不斷向各管理大師學習，包括：Dr. Stephen R.Covey, TonyRobbins及Dr.Geil Browing等，並為7Habits、Emergenetics、CareerArchitects、LIMRA及WilsonLearning之認可培訓導師，致力將所學結合個人多年來的銷售、培訓及管理經驗，成就他人。而他亦是Emergenetics首位認可培訓導師(香港)及“Enjoyable Selling”之作者及始創人。
