Description

- Send text messages from your voip.ms DIDusing their public API.
- Receive messages sent to your DID using their public API andGoogle Cloud Messaging.
- Send and receive messages from any number of Android devices!

The application uses push notifications with GCM, so the batteryusage is minimal!

The app does not register as an SMS application - this willallow you to use a "real" SMS application for cellular SMS, and theVOIP2SMS application for SMS from your VOIP.MS DID.

Privacy

The only thing stored on our server is your DID, and uniqueidentifiers provided by Google Cloud Messaging (GCM) so we knowwhich devices are using a specific DID.

We do not store your messages. Incoming messages from VOIP.MSare immediately sent to Google Cloud Messaging. If we don't haveany registered in GCM for that DID, we don't accept the messagefrom VOIP.MS, and they will keep retrying the send.

Outgoing messages go directly to the VOIP.MS server, they nevertouch our server.

To stop using the application, please make sure to visit thevoip.ms console for your DID and change the SMS settings to yourpreferred values, removing our URL from the callback.
