History: Basswalk Records (U.S.A.), was founded April 10th, 2002byMiami’s music executive; Toby Holguin under the distributionofInversus Records.

From its beginnings, it managed to grow rapidly into the scenebyBasswalk Records having participation in the Ultra MusicFestival,Miami editions 3, 4, and 5 with their own stage. It hasbeendistributed by the Universal/Vivendi Music Group interritorieslike Brazil and Mexico. Nowadays, after working manyyears withHousePlanet.uk, it has started a new cycle as a Beatportexclusivelabel through Baseware Distribution and has founded asister labelunder the name of Low Life Records, currentlydistributed by BrazilDeluxe. In 2013, Toby and the chilean AldoCadiz decided to createBadbarbie Records.
