আলিফ লায়লা বা 'এক হাজার এক রাতের গল্প' একটিগল্পসংকলন, এটি একক কোনো নোভেলজাতীয় সাহিত্য নয়। আমরা পৃরো বইটিরবাংলা অনুবাদকে যেভাবে ছিল সেভাবেই পরপর সাজিয়েছি। নিজেরা কোনকাটাকাটি করতে যাইনি, তবে কিছু অংশ প্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের হওয়ায় সবারসুবিধার্থে সেই অংশটুকু পরিহার করেছি।
পুরো বইটি অনেক বড় এক ব্যাপার, ডিজিটাল সংস্করন করতে অনেক লোকবল এবংসময়, দুটিই প্রয়োজন। তাই একবারে এত বড় বই পুরোটা দেয়া সম্ভব নয়।আমাদের কাজ চলছে, আশা করি বিষয়টি ক্ষমাসুন্দর দৃষ্টিতে দেখবেন।
