Description

In 2007, SCFFAA initiated the Youth inTransition Program (YTP). The program was founded to support youthliving in foster care and young adults who have recentlytransitioned out of care. Since its inception, YTP has offeredyouth development workshops, youth advocacy workshops, transitionframework trainings and weekend retreats to The Ojai Foundation,The Joshua Tree Retreat Center and Temescal Gateway Park RecreationCenter.
Currently, YTP is focusing on two programs:

Foster Alumni Co-Mentoring Experience (FACE)
The Possibility Project at Southern California Foster Family andAdoption Agency
