This App enables the user, to view and readthe 8 (eight) constitutions which formed the bases of Law andJustice in Nigeria. The App covers constitutions of Nigeria overthe period 1946 to 1999. This compilation of Pre-Independence andPost-Independence Constitutions of Nigeria includes the presentlyoperational one. The constitutions are presented in a way tofacilitate research and use on the Go. The user may choose either,to view and read or to listen to the reading of theConstitutions.
This App is useful for all Law practitioners as well as enthusiastswho are interested in the history of law and human rights inNigeria. It provides an alternative to the law desk at which thelaw practitioner is often forced to sit to, in order to achievedesired level of competency as a professional. It is an alternativeway of making law references while on the Go.
The interface is easy to navigate thereby providing a fulfillingexperience for the user. The user can search through all theconstitutions using keywords, phrases or date (year). The searchresults are presented in a tractable fashion so that, the user mayreturn to the search results to further exploit otheroutcomes.
The chapters and parts of each of the constitutions are coveredseparately. Each document (i.e. constitution) is presented as apage made-up of the text and an accompanying audio jukebox. Usingthe appropriate controls on the jukebox, the user may choose tolisten to all or part of any of the constitutions as many times asdesirable.
