New updates are released on the 2020 version, becausethere are many internal changes and we don't want breaking theexperience for those who have older devices. Please install ProtonBus Simulator 2020 to get all latest features. If it does not workwell on your device you may install this old one again or try theLite version, which is smaller. Don't forget to follow our guidesto optimize settings for your device. Touch below the camera iconto hide all the controls! You may experience an immersive 100%screen for the game! Without boring ads on the game screen! Tip:press N before selecting the gear to drive the bus, don't forget torelease the parking brake! Notice: the game may show some ad tosupport development on loading screen (you already has to wait theloading process anyway...). But it will NEVER show banner adsinside the gaming screen, while you drive! Tips for betterperformance: * Reduce or disable traffic cars, pedestrians andbuses (set passengers to 20%). * Reduce camera visibility. * Changegraphics settings to a lower profile. * Avoid settings thatrequires lots of memory, as traffic repaints and extra content.THIS GAME DOES NOT WORK ON DEVICES WITH LOW RAM CAPACITY! This gameis designed for smartphones or tablets with a great RAM capacity.It is recommended having 4 GB if possible, to play with betterquality textures and many advanced options (with optimized settingsit runs well on most popular devices). If your device has lessmemory, it may run sometimes but probably it will crash. It is notthe game's fault! It is the system that closes the app when runningout of memory. We want high quality models and textures, it isphysically impossible supporting these older or very cheap phones.Currently this game is developed and tested mainly with a J7 Prime.

Welcome to Proton Bus 2020 Edition! It's still a beta with lots ofstuff being added, there are dozens of new features! Three yearsafter the first edition, launched in 2017, we are achievingremarkable steps with this mobile bus simulator. The modding systemfor buses is now more advanced, supporting many animations forbuttons, rain, wipers, windows and so on. The community madealready hundreds of buses, and there are more to come! We willrelease many new buses as mods soon, there are some being createdduring this year. If we put all buses that we have inside the gameit would get very huge and no one plays with all vehicles... So asa mod you keep just the ones that you like the most, thus savingspace. All old non animated buses were not included in this editon,they will be relaunched as mods over the next few months. We areworking very hard to achieve map modding support on Android too!During 2020 there will be some updates bringing new features formap mod creators. Currently there are basic support without peopleand cars. With fan content we could have hundreds of new busroutes! Forget about the old style of 101C and the bad roads! Theseold routes are still present, but with a huge focus on custom mapcreation, they will be something of the past soon. This simulatoris FREE with some extras for PAID USERS. You may play with itforever in the free version, we don't want your money just becauseof the money itself. Pay only if you REALLY LIKE this project andunderstand its development process. Paid users won't see any ads,and will gain access to some exclusive features, including virtualmirrors, cruise control (automatic acceleration at certain speed),screenshot capturing in 360 degree etc. Almost all other featuresare completely free. Almost all buses are free too. It is more asimulator than a game. So we do not care about points, checkpoints,blah blah blah. Just pick up the bus you like and drive. Since itis a complex simulator, there are lots of controls and lots ofsettings. Please, watch some video or tutorial online beforecomplaining about it. Most of the complaints are easily solved. Forexample, press N before selecting the gear to move the bus. Don'tforget to release the parking brake. Some options may causeundesired behaviour. Please read carefuly settings descriptionsbefore enabling an specific option. Some work best on some devices,while others don't. This project is available for PC and Android.On PCs the overall graphics quality is better due to the powerfulhardware that they generally have. There are many settings that youmay change to improve performance. It requires a modern mid or highend device, with a huge amount of RAM memory (preferably 4 GB ormore). If it does not play well on your device, please try olderversions or play a little bit with settings. There is a knownproblem with 64-bit applications made with Unity for Android. Ifyou experience bad framerates on your device, you may download the32-bit apk from our website. It may be faster sometimes. We will befocusing more on the core updates, specially about modding support.This simulator is awesome with mods, imagine it without them for asecond... You may download mods just by searching for Proton Busmods or by acessing the button inside the game. To install mods youmust use a file manager. Don't worry, the community may help you.Currently most advanced features are tested on a Samsung Galaxy S9,and basic ones on a J7 Prime. It is not suitable for older phoneswith less than 2 GB of RAM, but you may try it by manually the viaapk/obb, without any guarantee.
